TASK - Gas Scrubber for Storage Tanks
We offer special compact gas scubber for small flows. These are suited for storage tanks, laboratory exhaust, etc. Due to the very compact design, these gas scubbers can be placed everywere. The working principle is similar to that of a large gas scrubber, using a fluid to absorb harmful components from the exhaust air. These gas scrubbers can be used in the field of industrial air pollution control (separation of harmful components) and industrial odour control (separation of odour components).In short, a gas scrubber is a packed column, wherein the gas emissions to be treated are brought into contact with a washing liquid (water with chemical additives) and these components are absorbed into the liquid. For smaller emission flows (odour control as well as air pollution control), such as for storage tanks and laboratory applications, a compact counterflow gas scrubber is used. This kind of compact scrubber hardly takes one square meter of surface, still offering enough capacity to treat smaller gas flows efficiently.
However, these compact gas scrubbers are still completely custom made and specifically adapted to the gas emissions offered. According to the (harmful) components present in the gas emissions, the compact scrubber can be made of SS, PP, HDPE, PVC, PVDF and even glass.
