TD - Chrome Ore Fines Briquetting Machine

Chrome ore fines are converted in briquettes for charging into furnace during the process of manufacturing Ferro Chrome. Briquettes are made in the briquetting press mixing the Chrome ore with suitable binder and lime powder so that optimum and efficient use of the furnace capacity can be achieved. The whole production line usually consists of vibration feeder, ground hopper, vibration screen, belt conveyor, rotary dryer, silo, binder tank, mixer, wheel mill, briquetting press, etc. The other metallic ores can also be briquetted applying the same principle, such as iron ore fines, manganese ore fines, nickel ore fines, laterite ore fines, chromite ore fines, etc.
