Techgene - Model TB-050510 -Automatic Horizontal Baling Machine
TB-050510 series can compress shredded paper or plastic films. It`s constituted by 10HP(7.5KW) motor, 125mm ram,25 tons press force, and the capacity is 1.5 tons per hour. It`s designed for various paper makers with small plant and low capacity demand. TB-050510 was fabricated with rigid body which can make it very durable. Also, it has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales.
This scrap baler can make all the dispersed paper into the cube automatically by the initiative twin -cylinder and touble-free isolated twisters. We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So customers can choose the way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual. If the space you want to place the baler is small and the demand of output is not high, TB-0505 series is your best choice.
