Techgene - Model TB-091180 -Automatic Horizontal Baling Machine
The feature of the horizontal baling press TB-091180 are initiative twin -cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. TB-091180 is constituted by 40HP(30KW) motor*2, 250mm ram,80 tons press force, and with 9~11 tons per hour capacity. There are sereval kinds of waste materials can be fed including carton boxes, corrugated papers, magazines, cardboards....etc.
To make the waste baler more efficiency, we would recommend it to be equipped with the automatic ruffler which can separate the pile of newspapers or magazines into a tight bale. This scrap baler is very useful for waste paper recycling collectors, paper manufacturers, printers, supermarkets and cultural paper makers.
Techgene Machinery designed a hopper in the middle of the recycling machine which can be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose a convenient way of feeding such as, air conveying, conveyor, excavator or manual.
