Techgene - Model TB-1011H2 -Automatic Horizontal Baling Machine
TB-1011H2 is constituted by 60HP(45KW) motor*2, 250mm ram,100 tons press force, and the capacity is 16~18 tons per hour. It can condense carton boxes, corrugated papesr, magazines, cardboards....etc. We had designed the initiative twin -cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters which can tie the bale automatically that make the user easily to operate. Furthermore, we fabricated the rigid body to makes the baler very durable. This scrap baler is very useful for waste paper recycling collectors or the corrugated carton and cultural paper makers.
We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose the way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual. Also, We had designed the initiative twin -cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters which can tie the bale automatically that make the user easily to operate. Furthermore, we fabricated the rigid body to makes the baler very durable.
