Take TB-1011H5 Horizontal baling press for example, TB-1011H5 is constituted by two 75HP (55KW) motors, 300mm ram and 140 tons press force. It has a capacity of 15~17 tons per hour and makes the bale weight up to 1 ton. This paper baler can be used for baling a wide range of objects such as carton boxes, corrugated papers, magazines, cardboards....etc.

The main feature of TB-1011H5 is a scrap baler with initiative twin -cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Furthermore, we fabricate the recycling machine with rigid body to enhance its durability.

TB-1011H5 Horizontal baling press is suitable for the recycling collectors and paper manufacturers, especially for those with large space and high outputting demand. We had designed a hopper to be set in the middle of the baling press machine in order to feed it the waste material. TB-1011H5 Horizontal baling press can be customized with different demands, and can make the bale size to be 1050mm wide and 1100mm high (Variable Length) according to customer`s requirement. Customers can also choose the way of feeding, such as feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or the manual feeding type.
