Envites - Technological Built-In Segments In Concrete Tanks
Production and installation of scrapers and sludge extractors. We provide you with scrapers and sludge extractors that serve as an additional extension for sedimentation and storage tanks. Scrapers and sludge extractors increase the useful value of existing tanks, provide higher efficiency of the technological process, and significantly improve technical serviceability. We will make additional extensions precisely customized to your tanks.
Our services include turnkey design and preparation of project documentation, production of the equipment, transport and installation of the technology, including commissioning and operator training. Full warranty and post-warranty service, including technology maintenance, is a matter of course.
Tanks can be circular or longitudinal. We can equip secondary sedimentation tanks with a flocculation chamber or a lamella built-in segment. Tanks are used to clear sedimenting particles, which are continuously scraped off and hauled away for further treatment.
Sludge scrapers are used to remove impurities settled at the bottom of the tank. The sedimented sludge is scraped off into the sludge space. We can also produce a custom-made combined design for you with the possibility of wiping off impurities floating on the surface. We supply the scrapers with a drive that enables easy operation.
