BioPhero has created a truly innovative technology platform for pheromone-based pest control solutions. Our platform encompasses all scientific disciplines to produce biological pheromones at a price that is cost-effective for application in row crops. Our bio-production platform rests on core competences within strain development, yeast fermentation and chemical processing and production of pheromones: We develop our own yeast strains, which produce large quantities of insect pheromones, which are chemically processed for maximum yield and purity. What’s more, we hold intellectual property rights on key parts of our technology as well as know-how on pheromone production processes for industrial application.
