How It Works

• Pre-Thickener: The integrated rotary drum with an Archimedean screw performs the initial solid/liquid separation, increasing sludge solids concentration from 0.5-3% to 5-15%.
• Dewatering Process: The belt filter press features three distinct pressure zones for optimal dewatering:Low-Pressure Zone
  Middle-Pressure Zone (Wedge Zone)
  High-Pressure Zone, where the sludge cake is compressed between the perforated cylinder cloth and the main cloth.

The result is a discharged sludge cake with a dry solids content of 18-30%, depending on the sludge type.
