Salt-spray chambers are sophisticated corrosion-resistant test chambers designed to simulate various environmental influences such as rain, mist, or splash water. These chambers boast tight-sealing, corrosion-resistant doors equipped with external shoot bolts, which can be opened from the inside as well. Optional lockable features ensure added security. For real-time visual inspections during ongoing operations, the chambers are fitted with airtight and heated windows. Furthermore, the adaptable openings of various sizes facilitate the integration of measuring and installation technologies, which can be tightly welded on the inside. Depending on the dimensions of the chambers, suspended ceilings might be necessary to manage condensation efficiently. The design also includes a passable floor made of GFK grates, providing recesses for underfloor spray nozzles, and a non-slip stainless steel floor with flush-mounted welded drains. Optionally, the floors can be inclined to meet specific operational requirements. These chambers ensure reliable simulation of harsh environmental conditions to test various materials and products.
