Rototherm Group has integrated a number of world famous brands within the business to become a what it is today. The company will continue to add complementary brands to its portfolio as part of our growth plan in the future. Here is a brief summary on some of those that have become integrated into Rototherm Group.

British Rototherm

For over seventy five years, throughout the world, British Rototherm equipment has been installed wherever reliability and long lasting performance is demanded.

British Rototherm products are manufactured in its modern factory located in the South Wales region of the United Kingdom. Sited on 6 acres of land at Kenfig Industrial Estate, the company operates from a 60,000 square feet (5,574m square metre) factory.

Since the introduction of the original bimetallic thermometer, the product range has been developed to include instrumentation for measuring, monitoring and controlling Temperature, Pressure, Humidity and Flow.

Bentley Instruments

A wholly owned subsidary of British Rototherm, Bentley Instrument`s, based in Dublin, are exclusive distributors for Rototherm products in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

As well as representing Rototherm, Bentley also distribute a wide range of instrumentation including industrial metal detectors, dedusting equipment, signal transmitters, mass flow meters and transmitters, industrial process weighing systems and magnetic separators. Bentley also offer a countrywide service and calibration facility.

HNL Engineering

HNL is a major UK based instrumentation manufacturer and precision machining services provider to a wide range of process related industries. Our products are used world-wide and have a reputation for quality, reliability and long-service life.

Manufacture of pressure switches, differential pressure switches and temperature switches comes under the operation of the HNL Instruments & Controls Division. Other products manufactured by this division include Pressure Transmitters, the Smartstat range of electronic pressure switches (and temperature switches), Air Horns, Linear and Rotary Positioners, Flow Regulators and Float Switches.

HNL`s Manifolds and Valves Division manufacture a wide range of distribution manifolds (under the trade name Minifold). Minifolds are available in both aluminium and stainless steel in different sizes and number of outlets. Minifold are ideally suited for the distribution of both liquids and gases at pressures from vacuum to 60 bar.

Sydney Smith Dennis

With over 150 years of pressure gauge manufacturing experience, the Sydney Smith Dennis (SSD) range of pressure gauges has been an important addition to the Rototherm range.

With the acquisition of SSD in 1998, Rototherm is now able to offer one of the most comprehensive pressure gauge ranges in the world.

RTD Products

The UK`s leading manufacturer of platinum resistance temperature detectors, transmitters and slot elements, RTD products is able to offer not only high quality platinum resistance temperature detectors but total solutions to any temperature monitoring problem.

Elements can be supplied with extension leads in various insulation materials, e.g. PTFE, glass fibre.

Custom designed and manufactured sensors and assemblies with terminal blocks, extension leads or signal conditioning units are readily available.

Canongate Technology

Rototherm group has acquired the assets and Intellectual property of Canongate Technology the Edinburgh based Level & Density instrumentation and CO2 analyser specialist.

Canongate Technology product range has been using ultrasound in a variety of applications for over 20 years. Its products include CarboCheck, Blend Check, Densi Check and Vessel Check.

Canongate Technology products are used in Beverage, Refigeration, LPG and Pharmaceuticals sectors, and the products are installed throughout the world.

The Canongate Technology business will now be conducted by Rototherm Group.

Rototherm Australia Pty Ltd

Established in 2013 to serve the Australian market, this sales and service office based in Perth, Western Australia, is already a key supplier to many of the regions` major Oil & Gas, Mining and Beverage companies. The company is also holds a NATA accredited laboratory.

Rototherm Singapore

Rototherm Singapore Pte Ltd. Established in 2014, Rototherm Singapore is the regional sales and service office for Asia Region for the Group. With a strong installation and customer base across the Region, Rototherm Singapore aims to provide the exceptional service our customers demand and provide them with a partner they can rely on locally.
