Terra - Model DT-5 -Double Trommel Screen
The Trommel screen DT5 is the perfect combination between a 2- and a 3-fraction Trommel screen. With this machine, you can change the number of fractions by a simple Trommel change and thus cover even more tasks and fields of application.
The flexible design of the DT5 allows the customer to install the screening Trommel of the T5 into the DT5 so that he has then got the full performance of a 2-fraction screening machine T5.
You can also, as it is well-known for the T5, easily use 2-fraction screening Trommels of other manufacturers. Moreover, the construction of the DT5 allows the use as 3-fraction Trommel screen with a special double Trommel. Hereby, the large screening cut is defined by the wide perforation of the internal Trommel. The fine screening cut is variable due to the exchangeable woven wire cover. The DT5 guarantees a large variety by an enormous flexibility.
