Additionally, the dryer proves useful for generating dried product quantities needed for further examination. This mobile unit assists in evaluating the drying efficacy for customer-specific applications, enabling comprehensive testing and analysis.

With our test belt dryer, we enable experiments that realistically simulate the drying process using our actual belt dryers. This allows, for example, the examination of the layer formation of the respective product on the belt, as well as the drying behavior within the belt dryer. The test belt dryer has a water evaporation capacity of approximately 80 kg/h (depending on the product).

Our mobile test belt dryer is primarily used for feasibility studies or for demonstration purposes, to showcase what industrial drying using available low-temperature heat could look like. Additionally, the test belt dryer is used when a certain amount of dried product is required for further investigations.

Tests in Dintikon

The easiest way is to carry out the test at our company headquarters in Dintikon. You deliver your test material to us, and we carry out the drying tests. Of course, you can also be present on site during the tests.

Trials at the customer’s site

If the test is to take place at the customer’s site, the test belt dryer can also be brought there. It can be easily transported by truck. The test belt dryer requires gas from gas cylinders to generate heat.
