OBPW - Model TTCS-3 -Test Tube Conveyor System
The TTCS-3 is a test tube conveyor system designed to perform coating steps using standard OBPW racks, which carry 100 tubes each in a 10 by 10 array. The system is conveyor-fed for high production throughputs. The TTCS-3 is ideal for R&D and small manufacturing facilities.
The TTCS-3 olfers:
- Processing speeds between 10.000 and 30.000 lubes pei hour depending on configuration
- Modular design allowing custom configurations and easy upgrades
- Space lor up to any three ol the following workstations:
- Precision coating with better than 1 % CV
- Fill (manifolded dispense into 100 tubes at once)
- Aspiration (manifolded aspiration ol 100 tubes at once)
- Combination lill/aspirate function (lor multiple washes at one station)
Other functions and higher speeds ate available on our larger systems. TTCS-3 components can be transferred to these larger systems. We also design and build to customer tube rack specifications.
