The Plastiveda metal joints are widely used by the industry and suitable for processes with high pressure and temperature, where the flanges allow a high torque for tightening the screws. The metal gasket Plastiveda is developed following a rigorous quality system, meeting the ASME standard and specifications of our customers. The Plastiveda metal joints can be corrugated or solid, smooth and made of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper or aluminum, and are combined depending on design specifications.

Made of solid metal such as carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, among others, may have varied format of plan, circular or according to the specification of each customer. The metallic flat gaskets are manufactured from a metal plate, its surface can be machined or not.

The most common types of metallic gaskets are flat (PV940) and grooved flat (PV941), attending the ASME B16.20 and API 6A standards.
