The TSS-27-ECA Trapzilla Solids Separator is designed for efficient solids separation in various settings. Constructed from rotationally molded polyethylene, the unit includes a fully removable cover to facilitate easy cleaning and vacuum access by pump trucks. Each model is equipped with an ECA-TSS-29 extension collar assembly, providing field adjustability for optimal installation depth, and a 22-inch solid top cover for straightforward maintenance. The TSS-27-ECA works effectively alongside the TZ-160-ECA Trapzilla Grease Interceptor, enhancing the operational efficiency of grease interceptors by removing solids beforehand. Ideally, a TSS-27-ECA Trapzilla Solids Separator would be installed in conjunction with a TZ-160-ECA Trapzilla Grease Interceptor, effectively removing solids and permitting the grease interceptor to operate at maximum efficiency.  TSS-27-ECA Trapzilla Solids Separator Models come with a ECA-TSS-29 extension collar assembly and a 22" Solid Top Cover that can be removed easily to clean out retained solids.
