1990

Rafal Lipinski creates the company SEEN Technologie.

Initially, the company`s business encompassed two areas:

environmental protection (as a world leader in disinfection and industrial c hemicals, valve manufacturers, activated carbon and dispensing systems),
electronics (as a manufacturer of electronic components - transformer factory employs 50 people and exports 100% of production).

1992

The company changes its structure, expanding its business profile and embracing, apart from commercial, consultancy and engineering services, specializing in consulting and supplying both equipment and environmental technologies (especially for water treatment processes).

Sales of electronic components factory to US company SPRAGUE.

1994

Due to increased demand for complex services (selection, delivery, commissioning and servicing of equipment), a branch office in Gliwice is opened - the Office of Projects and Consultations. It had the task of designing, consulting, assembling and commissioning of offered equipment and installations, as well as comprehensive supervision of execution of increasingly complex technological systems.

1995

Myrra-SEEN joint-venture is being formed, producing electronic components and network circuits at the Kaluszyn plant. Myrra-SEEN employs 160 people. 90% of the production is exported, and the recipients include General Electric, IBM and other global concerns.

1996

An industrial chemistry department has been established, acting as a representative of Calgon Speciality Chemicals with its office in Bielsko Biala and a laboratory in Kwidzyn. In 1998 the branch was sold to the company Calgon.

1997

SSEEN Technologie opens offices in Ukraine and Belarus. It implements many export projects in the field of disinfection and coagulation in both municipal waterworks and industrial plants.

1998

Sigma Hungaria majority shareholding is purchased.

2005

The SEEN structure separates SEEN Distribution, leading a activity of distribution of fittings (VAG Polska) and pipes (Buderus) and SEEN Technologie, which supplies water treatment technologies for the full range of investments.

As a result of the transformation of the engineering company Energochem, which entered the SEEN group in 1998, a subsidiary company SEEN Budownictwo was established, specializing in real estate development and specialist construction services. In 2007 it was sold.

2006

In order to resume the activity of famous Jazz Club Aquarium, the subsidiary company Jazztelemeni Sp. z.o.o. has been established. In 2007, after the club was launched, the company`s shares were sold..

2007

SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. becomes the initiator of the creation of SEEN Holding by acquiring a financial investor..

2008

The company is expanding its activities in the field of wastewater treatment. It offers supplies of equipment and installations, realization of complex wastewater treatment plants and sludge combustion..

2010

The company is entering new export markets - the Arabian Peninsula and the eastern markets. The Department of Energy and the Department of Waste Disposal Technology are established.

SEEN Technologie with the consortium partner completes the implementation of two largest water supply projects in Warsaw: Zaklad Wodociagu Centralnego (Central Waterworks) and Wodociag Pólnocny (Northern Waterworks).

2011

SEEN Technologie is ISO 9001: 2008 certified.

The company commences operations for sludge management with the acquisition of appropriate technologies.

2014

SEEN Technologie won the 5th edition of the GreenEvo Award.

2015

The company together with Energotechnika operates on the market of sludge combustion in technology SEENERGY.
