Chunye - Model T4205 -Thermal Gas Mass Flowmeter
The thermal gas mass flowmeter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. It adopts the method of constant temperature difference to measure the gas accurately.It has the advantages of small volume, high digitization, easy installation and accurate measurement.The sensor is composed of two reference platinum resistance temperature sensors. When the instrument is working, one sensor continuously measures the medium temperature T1.The other sensor is self-heated to a temperature of T2 higher than the medium temperature.
It is used to sense the flow velocity of the flow body and is called a velocity sensor.The temperature Δ T = T2, T1, T2 & gt;T1, when the fluid flows through, due to gas molecule collision sensors and T2 heat away, and make the T2 temperature drop, to make Δ T stay the same, will improve the T2 power supply current, gas flow velocity in the heat fast, take away the more heat, gas flow rate and increase the heat there is a fixed function relationship, this is the principle of constant temperature.
