GC-heat - Model GC-sens -Thermal Sensors
The GC-sens thermal sensors and sheathed thermocouples from GC-heat are designed to complement and enhance the functionality of conventional heating elements. They are available in various configurations, ensuring precise temperature control and setting across a wide range of applications. These sensors include insulated thermocouples with features such as FeCuNi (Type J or L) and NiCr-Ni (Type K) options, aligning with standards like DIN EN 60584 and DIN 43 710. The GC-sens line accommodates applications like hot runner nozzles and manifolds, and possesses the flexibility for less common uses. These thermocouples come with a 2,000 mm metal-braided hose connection as standard. Detailed specifications and dimensional options can be accessed in the corresponding product tables. These innovative designs play a crucial role in maintaining temperature accuracy and reliability for sophisticated industrial processes.
The GC-sens thermal sensors and sheathed thermocouples serve to perfectly complement conventional heating elements. Available in various designs, they ensure a perfect setting and control of the temperature. With a range of insulated thermocouples (with moulded head) all the way up to angle thermocouples in the thermocouple combinations: FeCuNi type J or type L and NiCr-Ni type K everything is covered. This doesn't just enable the implementation in applications such as hot runner nozzles (insulated thermocouples) or manifolds (angle thermocouples), even less typical or well-known application areas can be utilized with the GC-sens. Insulated thermocouples are fitted as standard with a 2,000 mm metal braided hose connection.
