D-MEI - Model DY-JDL600 -Thermocouple Verification Furnace for Calibration
The DY-JDL600 Thermocouple Verification Furnace is a specialized electric heating unit designed for providing precise thermal environments essential for the calibration of thermocouples. The furnace is constructed with a heating element encompassed by an insulation shell and can be configured as either a vertical or horizontal furnace. It is designed to accommodate both short and long form factors. The furnace operates within a temperature range of 300℃ to 1200℃, suitable for a variety of calibration tasks, including nobility and thin metal thermocouple calibration. It supports models with temperature control and those without. This furnace adheres to standards such as JJF1637-2017, JJG351-1996, and JJG141-2000, ensuring compliance with precise calibration specifications for metal and platinum rhodium thermocouples. It is primarily utilized in laboratory settings for calibrating the resistance of thermocouples under controlled conditions.
DY-JDL600 thermocouple verification furnace is an electric heating equipment which provides heat source for thermocouple. It is mainly composed of furnace heating element and insulation shell, etc. The verification furnace can be divided into vertical furnace and horizontal furnace, which can be divided into short type furnace and long type furnace according to its appearance.
This verification furnace is used for (300℃-1200℃) range including horizontal tube thermocouple verification furnace with temperature controller and no temperature controller, temperature field provision.
Used for calibrating thermocouple resistance, which is divided into noble metal thermocouple calibrating furnace, thin metal thermocouple calibrating furnace, short type thermocouple calibrating furnace.
