Laizhou Dongsheng Valve Co., Ltd - Thin Single Disc Swing Check Valve

The Carbon Steel Thin Type Check Valve is crafted with a carbon steel body and incorporates an NBR O-ring seal. It is designed for use in water, heating, air conditioning, and compressed air systems. This valve is structured to facilitate the flow of fluids by automatically opening under fluid pressure, allowing fluid transition from the inlet to the outlet. However, it prevents backflow by closing when the inlet pressure is less than the outlet pressure, utilizing the fluid pressure difference and the valve's own gravitational force to do so. Tested according to DIN3230 and API598 standards, this valve follows construction standards like ANSI 125/150 and EN1092-2 flanges. It operates efficiently under varying pressure ratings from 1.0Mpa up to 4.0Mpa and can handle temperatures ranging between -20℃ to 180℃ with different elastomers like NBR, EPDM, and VITON. It is suitable for handling various media, including fresh water, seawater, oils, acids, and alkaline liquids.
