Thor Conveyair - Model Ultima62 -Pneumatic Handling Equipment
Conveyair™ Ultima Series grain vacs remove dust and contaminates from the grain as it is being processed through the vac. The grain is then pushed on a cushion of air to your truck or your bin. This process not only is gentler to your grain, but is also safer than working in a dusty, enclosed environment.
Material is pulled into the grain vac and enters the main cyclone tank. Here the material is separated from the air and is deposited into the airlock.
The air from the main cyclone then moves to the secondary cyclone, removing dust and other particles from the air. The cleaner air then moves up and out of the secondary cyclone and goes through the blower. This is CONVEYAIR`s™ Blower Protection System.
The pressure from the bottom of the blower pushes through the airlock, moving the material out to your truck or bin.
BLOWER
The feild-proven Thor Heavy Duty 5.3 Positive Displacement Blower is the heart of the system. Castings are machined to strict tolerances to assure maximum efficiency. This allows you to move your product further without needing expensive booster systems.
AIR LOCK
To achieve and maintain best performance, the Thor Airlock components are precision machined. The steel rotors are fitted with adjustable steel tips to allow the operator to keep the airlock working at peak perfomance at all times. The motor is driven by a reversible, pressure protected, hydraulic motor.
CAMLOCK COUPLERS
Thor quick-connect couplersprovide a tight fit to assure that vacuum and pressure is maintained in the system. The qick-connect system makes it easy to add or remove extensions while filling tall silos or when long distance grain movement is required.
SILENCER
The Thor high-efficiency silencing system reduces noise intensity by more than 50% with absolutely no reduction in machine capacity. Our unique silencing design provides greater operator comfort for years of satisfaction.
PRE-CLEANER DUST SEPARATION TANK
The Thor heavy-duty displacement blower is protected from dust by using our pre-cleaner dust separation tank, thereby extending the life of the Conveyair`s blower system.

New Saftey Features
Being visible is always important when travelling on public roadways with agriculture equipment. The new safety lights and reflectors make this easy and are standard equipment. Included is both the 7 pin round tractor connection and a 4 pin flat pickup connector.
New User Friendly Features
Airlock speed is very important to achieving the optimal performance from your Conveyair™ grain vac. The new digital RPM gauge makes setting the airlock speed very easy. It also contains a handy hour meter to keep track of machine usage for maintenance intervals.
The hinged access door on the main cyclone makes it easier to cleanout if you plug the machine or for removing obstacles from the airlock.
Conveyair™ TUFF PolyFlex VHD cleanup hose has been designed for use with our grain vac and is almost 50% lighter than traditional rubber cleanup hose. It`s also more flexible and has extremely good abrasion resistance.
The new PTO holder is easy to use for holding the PTO shaft during storage or transport with a pickup. It also quickly folds out of the way during use.
New Performance Features
Blower inlet pipe size increased to 6" to improve performance of the Blower Protection System. Also the blower outlet pipe has been increased to 6" to improve muffler performance.
Vacuum and pressure gauges are included to aid in optimal machine setup.
The dust pail has a new seal design with an additional tension adjustment to maintain "like new" seal performance over the life of the machine.
The main cyclone lid is now removeable for easy access to install the optional wear liner and for maintenance.
