Cav - Model SK30 Series -Three-phase Turbine Exhausters
The SK30 series comprises units for centralised dust extraction systems equipped with side channel blower technology, designed for the efficient extraction of dust generated by dry grinding of primers and fillers during surface treatment processes. These systems ensure great reliability and high performance, being suitable for continuous use in various industrial environments.
The SK30 units are equipped with a high-efficiency cartridge filter system, featuring automatic cleaning via a timed pneumatic rotary nozzle that ensures constant maintenance of filtering efficiency, while reducing manual maintenance. Collection of sucked dust is simple and hygienic thanks to the removable nylon bag, which facilitates emptying and disposal operations. In addition, the machine is supplied with real-time control instrumentation to constantly monitor the efficiency of the filter cartridge, thus optimising the operation and safety of the system.
The SK30 series is particularly suitable for the automotive, nautical, wood industry, carbon fibre and fibreglass sectors, providing cleaner and safer working environments during sanding and surface treatment operations.
