Baoji-Qixin - Titanium Anode Mesh Basket for Removing Descale
This kind of titanium anode is used to remove water scale in cooling tower. The size is as our own design. If you have drawing, we are also accept custom made. Such anode we have applied for patent. Our engineer advise the current density is not more than 300A/m2. Usually, customers control the CD between 200-300A/in2.

Active chemicals produced by the over-potential principle show bactericidal ability during decomposition;On the other hand, a high potential gradient is generated on the surface of the electrode during electrolysis. Once the electrode comes into contact with microorganisms, it plays a bactericidal role.In fact, the sterilization mechanism of electrolytic sterilization device has the following reasons:
- The additional potential, or potential gradient (~106V/cm) at the contact interface will damage the cell membrane when the microorganism and the electrode are in contact;
- When the microorganism and the electrode are in contact, the electrochemical effect occurs in the microorganism;
- Secondary sterilization of active substances produced by electrolysis;
- pH value changes with electrolysis;
- Joule heat is generated at the electrode interface, and sterilization is carried out by increasing temperature;
- Microorganisms flow through the current to sterilize;
- High frequency can be according to the principle of induction dispersion sterilization.
Most electrolytic sterilization devices are based on the electrolysis of chloride ion solution to produce sodium hypochlorite on the anode for sterilization.
