Tmax-Skeltec - Integral Insulation

Tmax-SKELTEC is a further development of the extremely successful Tmax-Integral Insulation. The Skeltec structure is integrated into the micro/macro-structured stainless steel sheet and assuming the same material thickness, gives the outer shell an increased stiffness up to 150% higher. In practice this gives several clear advantages: A very high stiffness and resistance to stone-impact and other external forces acting on the component. Weight saving due to a reduction in material thickness up to 50%. The type and configuration of this additional Skeltec-structure will be detailed during the design stage based on the actual requirements.
