The air, which has been pre-cleaned by TOP-LUFT down to 5 μm with an efficiency of 95-98%, is passed over the oil bath and the fine dust is deposited on the knitted steel insert. From there, the dirt and the returning oil get into the oil container and are deposited there.

From there, the cleaned air is fed to the standard air filter and then enters the engine.
