Torri - Model Big-Sizes -Seals for Spiral Pipes
The 'Big-Sizes' seals are specialized components used in polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) spiral pipes for underground drainage systems, water supply, and wastewater treatment, conforming to the European Standard EN 13476. These seals are engineered to meet specific customer requirements and are tailored to fit the precise seat of each pipe. The manufacturing process includes extrusion-molding and splicing by injection, film, or using glue. The seals accommodate a wide diameter range, from 1,000 mm to 3,000 mm. They are crafted from EPDM material, following the European Standard EN 681-1 WC, and possess a hardness of 60 ± 5 IRHD. Customizations in material or hardness are available based on customer requests, ensuring compatibility and efficacy in varying operational conditions.
The “Big-Sizes” seal is set on PP and PE spiral pipes for underground drainage conducts, water supply and wastewater treatment systems in compliance with European Standard EN 13476.
Each seal is designed and manufactured according to the exclusive requests of Customers and in function of the specific seat of each pipe.
All sizes are extrusion-molded, spliced by injection, film or with glue.
