GPR rubber seals are engineered for installation in PVC pressure pipes and fittings, specifically for use in drinking water distribution and irrigation systems in compliance with European Standard EN 1452, as well as in non-pressure PVC sewage pipes as per EN 1456. The design is straightforward but effective, promoting optimal adherence to the pipe seat, which simplifies pipe connections and ensures long-lasting sealing performance. Made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) material that meets the EN 681-1 WC standards, these seals strike a balance between flexibility and toughness with a hardness rating of 60 ± 5 IRHD. The seals are compatible with both automatic and manual assembly processes and come in standard diameters ranging from 63 mm to 630 mm, as well as inch sizes from 2” to 8”. The “GPR” rubber seal is developed to be installed in PVC pressure pipes and fittings for drinking water distribution and irrigation conducts according to the European Standard EN 1452 and in non-pressure PVC sewage pipes and fittings in compliance with the norm EN 1456.
The simple design of the "GPR" seal ensures a perfect adherence to the pipe seat, facilitating the pipes connection and guaranteeing the maximum sealing during the time.
The "GPR" seal is suitable for both automatic and manual assembly.
- Range : standard sizes from Ø 63 mm to Ø 630 mm and inches sizes (2-3-4-6-8”)
