Torusmill - Model SK4 -Basket Mills
The TORUSMILL® SK4 are high?efficient immersion mills with which excellent grinding results can be achieved in very short time. The TORUSMILL® SK4 basket mill is available from 15 kW up to 22 kW motor power for processing low and medium viscosity products. The clamping device of the TORUSMILL® SK4 immersion mill is suitable for container sizes up to 750 liters. The effective circulation of the mill base through the grinding basket is achieved through an integrated, patented pump wheel. This provides a high number of passes, and a narrow particle size. The dissolver disc mounted below the milling basket ensures a milling of the millbase within the milling container with minimal dead volumes.

The stable cover of the TORUSMILL® SK4 immersion mill enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during the fine grinding process. The cover rests securely on the container edge during the grinding process. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover.
The TORUSMILL® SK4 basket mill has an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electrical height adjustment. The compact immersion mill can be anchored directly to an industrial floor. The appropriate stand foot is available as an option. A convenient groove system on the outside of the column. Thanks to it, various accessory systems can be easily and securely attached to the TORUSMILL® SK4 basket mill.
