Tote Tank Heaters
Our flexible wrap around tote tank heaters are made of high quality abrasion resistant heavy duty vinyl, utilizing patented heat spreading technology to deliver a barrier of warmth to temperature sensitive materials without any hot or cold spots. They include a non heated top insulator panel to keep heat in and are Certified to UL/CSA safety standards.
The 1000 litre/275 gallon or 1250 litre/330 gallon tote heater provide a quick, and easy way to warm your temperature sensitive products. They fit neatly over standard tote tanks utilizing 4 adjustable nylon straps. Units include an adjustable digital thermostat controller.
Standard black vinyl units are rated for use in conditions of – 23C (-10 F) or for very cold conditions our optional gray alloy vinyl unit ratings are -51C (-60F) The adjustable digital thermostatic controller has temperature range settings from – 34C (-25F) to a high of 100C (212F).
