Towertech - Model 4000 -Controller
Provides TDS conductivity bleed control, Dual Biocide with 15-1 ratio facility, proportional inhibitor Dosing, 0-6 bleed lockout timer activated by either biocide pump. Both manual override switches & time adjustments to all outputs on the facia plate of controller.
The Towertech 4000 controller has been designed to provide the complete dosing system for cooling tower applications, provided as standard on the controller is dual biocide dosing with a ratio of up to 15 to 1 fully programmable through the digital timer on the facia plate, conductivity bleed with a back-up of proportional bleed which can be easily switched using the changeover switch on the facia, proportional scale inhibitor dosing and if there is no water meter available on site the controller can be set to work off its own internal timer. When either of the biocide pumps are dosing the bleed can be held back using the 0-6 Hr bleed lock out timer which can be set on the facia plate. Visual inspection of the conductivity level can be made using the conductivity meter built into the facia plate.
Mounted on the front of the controller are override switches to all pump outputs including the bleed solenoid valve, that can be adjusted using the potentiometers provided.
The controller is housed in an IP65 Polycarbonate Enclosure with a hinged clear lid allowing for on going visual inspection of the system at all times.
