Towertech - Model 5000 -Controller
The controller provides TDS Bleed & inhibitor dosing with Bromine & Biocide dosing. Two lockouts are provided for bleed (0-1 hour) and one hour fixed lockout to the bromine activated by the biocide pump.
This controller has been developed for use on applications where timed or proportional conductivity bleed, inhibitor dose and bromine addition as an alternative to the conventional biocide dosing, including a secondary biocide output together with bleed lockout and bromine lockout this system is ideal for today`s water treatment professional.
The controller provides fully adjustable timed outputs to the bleed valve, scale inhibitor pump allowing separate programs for each time cycle.
The Bromine output allows again a variable time cycle so that either a Brominator solenoid valve or a dosing pump can be connected.
The Biocide output provided allows a secondary biocide pump to be added into the system.
Proportional Bleed, Inhibitor, Bromine & Biocide Dosing
The bleed. Inhibitor and Bromine outputs can be programmed independently with a time scale of up to 100 mins per output. These can be operated either by an impulse water meter or from its own internal timer, the bromine output can be set to run independently off the water meter signal.
Bleed and Bromine Lockouts
The Bleed lockout is triggered when either the Bromine or Biocide outputs activate. The Bromine lockout is triggered when Biocide output activates.
