TPAC - Model Pilot+ -Multi-Channel Ultrasonic Testing Device
The Pilot + is a cutting-edge multi-channel ultrasonic testing device designed to address the rigorous demands of various industries, particularly in aeronautics, metallurgy, and inline inspections. Its sophisticated high-voltage transmitters and bipolar tone burst make it capable of inspecting thick, acoustically challenging materials including composite and honeycomb structures. This compact unit features eight full parallel channels and can support up to 64 multiplexed channels, signifying a notable enhancement in ultrasonic testing capabilities. It provides a digital dynamic range of 162 dB, eliminating the need for analog gain, and is well-suited for applications involving air-coupled ultrasonic testing, and integration with scanners or robots. The system's high data throughput reaches up to 100 MB/s, and it is equipped with up to eight pulsers supporting 400V, offering operational reliability for complex NDT tasks across industries like automotive, oil & gas, and railways, while adhering to IP67 design standards.
