The PREDL-FLEXLINER system offers an innovative solution for trenchless manhole rehabilitation. This system uses a wastewater-resistant synthetic material, specifically polyurea, to create a durable manhole base liner that is inserted through the manhole cone non-destructively and expanded to its original size. It provides a cost-effective alternative to complete manhole replacement by employing a 3D laser scan of the existing structure to produce a custom-fit liner. The liner is secured with a specialized grout, FLEXgrout, to ensure a robust bond, aided by its textured design. Additionally, connections are strengthened with a stainless steel sleeve and EPDM seal. If required, further manhole structure reinforcement can be achieved using PP-CORPROTECT. PREDL-FLEXLINER ensures minimal disruption during installation, while the precise 3D modeling and chemical-resistant materials promise longevity and reliable performance.

Trenchless manhole rehabilitation with the PREDL-FLEXLINER system, made out of wastewater-resistant synthetic material.

With the PREDL-FLEXLINER, a user-friendly manhole rehabilitation is possible within a short time. The manhole base liner is inserted through the cone in the manhole in one piece and in a non-destructive manner and unfolded to the original size once in the manhole. 

Rehabilitation with the PREDL-FLEXLINER provides a new, permanently protected manhole base. A perfect cheaper alternative to the complete replacement of the manhole structure.

By taking a 3D laser scan of the old manhole, the new FLEXLINER is designed based on the scan data. 

To create a permanent connection between the FLEXLINER and the old manhole, the FLEXLINER is backfilled with a special highly modified grout (FLEXgrout). The knubs and granules on the back of the FLEXLINER guarantee a strong and permanent bond to the grout. The pipe connection is made using a stainless steel sleeve. 

Further vertical rehabilitation of the entire manhole structure can be done with PP-CORPROTECT, which results a completely protected system.
