Triton - Model Type 1 -Turbidity Curtains
Type 1 Turbidity Curtain is the perfect option for locations needing to control and contain silt in calm water areas. Manufactured in an Economy Grade or DOT Grade model, these silt curtains have helped to contain materials in ponds, swales, roadside ditches and other calm water areas.
Triton`s Type 1 Turbidity Curtains are economical floating containment barriers used for silt and turbidity control in calm water locations. Available in a variety of models, including Contractor, Economy (13 oz.) and DOT (18 oz.), our type 1 curtains help to protect aquatic life and shorelines during marine work and repair. Note: Type 1 models are specifically designed for calm water areas where currents, waves and tides are not present. For more rigorous conditions, consider Type 2 or Type 3 Turbidity Curtain
