Truemax - Model CBP60M -Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
This mobile series of mixing plant adopts the semi-pulling structure with running system and standard coupling pin included. It can be dragged by trailer. Without foundation and commissioning enables convenient transportation, the mixing plant can be divided into several standard modules, and then be packed into containers.
It is easy mobilizing and easy installation. The main electric parts are world well-know brand. The mixer is twin shaft. Main model is CBP60M and CBP100M. Belt conveyer feeding aggregate to mixing to improve efficiency when compare with bucket lifting type.
The full set including the following parts: concrete mixing system, aggregate batching and weighing system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, additive weighing system (optional), cement silo, screw conveyor, full automatic control system, etc. In order to give package solution, we also provide bag cement pumping system and generator set for concrete batching plant site.
