The Trunnion Mounted Side Entry Ball Valve by RMT Valvomeccanica is designed for high-performance applications, offering a size range from 1.1/2” to 60”. It supports API 6D and API 6A ratings suited for varying pressure needs up to 15,000 psi. The valve’s structure is forged with a bolted closure, and features options for soft or metal seats, with coatings such as tungsten carbide or chrome carbide to enhance durability. The sealing areas benefit from CRA weld overlay or FBE lining for corrosion resistance. Notably, the valve includes self-relieving seats or double piston effect seats, and incorporates an anti-blow-out stem with an antistatic device for safety. It meets rigorous standards such as API 6D, ASME B 16.34, PED, and EN 12516. The end connections available include flanged, BW, and hub types, ensuring compatibility with various systems. Its fire safety is certified by API 6FA, API 607, and ISO 10497, and material choices conform to NACE standards.
