Cohu - Model SO1000 -Tube-to-Tube Gravity Test Handler
The SO1000 is a high-speed gravity test handler engineered for handling small SOIC, SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP, and SOT packages in various configurations such as dual, quad site, or direct plunge-to-board. Notably, its mature design is tailored for reliability and cost-effectiveness in testing. This handler boasts flexibility via the integration of a broad range of device kits, supporting diverse sensor and MEMS applications. It features a rapid plunger system capable of high throughput with an index time as low as 500 ms, available in single, dual, or quad setups. It possesses a compact design and is lightweight, featuring a user-friendly interface and the largest installed base in its class. The DI-Core Data Intelligence System provides real-time monitoring and analytics in alignment with Industry 4.0 and factory automation. It supports up to 14,000 units per hour, with package sizes ranging from MSOP 118 mil to SO 430 mil, operating across a full tri-temp range of -60°C to +175°C with precise temperature accuracy.
Tube-to-Tube Gravity Handler
