The SO1000 is a high-speed gravity test handler engineered for handling small SOIC, SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP, and SOT packages in various configurations such as dual, quad site, or direct plunge-to-board. Notably, its mature design is tailored for reliability and cost-effectiveness in testing. This handler boasts flexibility via the integration of a broad range of device kits, supporting diverse sensor and MEMS applications. It features a rapid plunger system capable of high throughput with an index time as low as 500 ms, available in single, dual, or quad setups. It possesses a compact design and is lightweight, featuring a user-friendly interface and the largest installed base in its class. The DI-Core Data Intelligence System provides real-time monitoring and analytics in alignment with Industry 4.0 and factory automation.
