Tube Type Annealing and Tin Coating Machine
Application: annealing and tinning for bare copper wire. Input wire size：φ0.10~φ0.52mm. Lines of input wire：40. Wire speed：MAX.300M/MIN. This produce line including: annealing machine, tractor, tinning machine, and coiler，four single machines connected in series. Annealing machine including: 5.5M annealer, water tank, dryer and jump type pay off. Tractor: the traction wheel is controlled by frequency speed control device, which can get any speed. And the traction barrel is plated by hard chromium.
