Spectrolight - Model Poly-RED-A5 -Tunable Filter with TwinFilm Technology

The Poly-RED is a flexible wavelength selector leveraging advanced TwinFilm technology to provide adjustable spectral filtering. It features a software-controlled interface via USB, allowing users to easily tune both the center wavelength and bandwidth. The bandwidth is nominally adjustable from 2 to 15 nm, with precise values depending on the model. Compatible with various broadband and supercontinuum light sources, the Poly-RED offers a 5 mm circular aperture and high out-of-band rejection (OD 10), reducing spectral leakage and background noise typical in liquid crystal systems. It is ready for diverse applications, such as fluorescence imaging and hyperspectral studies, and supports user-customized sofware development via an SDK. The device's versatility extends to compatibility with a range of lasers and large beam light sources, offering specific models for UV, visible, IR, and SWIR spectrums with additional custom options available.
