Turbine Flowmeter For Liquids

Our meters includes a freely suspended bladed rotor, which is positioned axially in the flow stream with the flowing fluid and pushes against the blades. In our meters, the rotational speed of the turbine is proportional to the velocity of the fluid that is required for representing the volume of the fluid flowing through meter. The rotation of turbine rotor in our meters helps in generating electrical pulses in the pick off that are attached to flow meter housing. To measure flow rate and integration, the output pulses are amplified & converted. In addition to this, our meters have turbine sensors with four/six digit batch controllers along with 1 CO relay output that contact offered to transfer. Our meters also have preset quantity of liquid in main storage tanks with automatic flow shut off.
