Western Excelsior - Model ECSC-3 -Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM)
Western Excelsior`s ECSC-3 Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) consists of a matrix of 70% straw and 30% coconut fibers stitched between three ultraviolet stabilized, heavy-duty synthetic nets. ECSC-3 provides sufficient thickness and durability to yield functional longevity greater than three years. The ECSC-3 is intended to provide immediate erosion control and long term turf reinforcement for slope and channelized applications.
The ECSC-3 TRM provides erosion control and turf reinforcement for a minimum of thirty-six months, and likely much longer. Available in a variety of roll sizes, ECSC-3 provides reliable, economical erosion control and turf reinforcement for projects that benefit from a permanent material, however, may not require ultimately high performance. Like al Western Excelsior products, ECSC-3 is made in the USA and may yield LEED credits for the end user.
