A special separating hammer mill is used to smash the waste and to separate it according to biomass and foreign substances, such as cutlery, plastic, beakers and other contaminants. By means of an integrated pneumatic conveying system, the homogeneous biomass is pumped into a bio tank, where it is stored ready for extraction. Experience has shown that disposal costs can be reduced considerably.
Like all Hybag systems, the module can be tailored to the corresponding requirements of the customers. As a rule of thumb, the system technology is suitable for quantities of waste of five and more cum per day. Plants are in operation all over the world. Customers come from the fields of agriculture, food production, food distribution, catering, general waste disposal companies, and operators of biogas plants.
