RM Group - Twin ABB Robot Palletising System

Together with ABB, we discovered a shared commitment in providing quality robotic systems and support packages to new and exisiting customers. Robots are the most flexible method of automated product handling, offering speeds up to 1200 cycles per hour. At RMGroup we offer new and used systems to suit customer specifications. For extra peace of mind, we can support our robots with maintenance plans and 24hr spares service to prevent any down time. All used robots are fully tested in our factory and once fitted come with 6 month warranty. Our technical team have developed programming to support ABB robots, making them far more user friendly for operators switching between various products and pallet stacks. Extensive training is provided to all customers following installation.

3 FULL PALLET ACCUMULATION

Minimise `pallet take off time` with 3 full pallet accumulation robot palletising. This layout allows operators to carry out other duties without having to spend time on a forklift truck waiting for full pallets to exit. This system will accumulate three full pallets before an FLT operator is required. On this particular system a pallet magazine can be used for automated placement of pallets, or empty pallets can be placed on manually.

Seen right is a CAD layout drawing of one of our fully automated robot palletising systems. Detailed are components likely to be included, however all systems can be altered to suit your bag/product type and designed to operate in the most intricate and complex spaces.

All robot cells include fixed and light guarding to prohibit entry to robot. Fixed mesh guards are installed, any access into the system will be protected by Fortress Key switches insure highest level of safety.
