Scott - Model TMS Series -Twin Shaft Horizontal Batch Mixers
Scott Equipment’s Twin Shaft Mixer (TSM) series of horizontal mixers offers another option when selecting the mixing technology for your batch mixing process. The TSM Batch Mixer offers counter rotating ribbon and paddle agitators to produce a balanced, homogenous mixture of material within the mixer. The combination of paddle and ribbon flighting mounted on the twin agitator offers unsurpassed mixing efficiency for a wide variety of products.
The Twin shaft mixer has a high rotation mixing action in combination with an end-to-end conveyance design of the agitator, which results in shorter cycle times and better repeatability from batch to batch. The TSM mixer can also mix a wide variety of batch sizes while still achieving excellent mixing results. If height limitations are a concern, the TSM mixer is a great choice as it has a lower overall horizontal mixer profile.
