The TYPE 101 U-Bolt is designed for secure pipe clamping applications, providing versatility with options in both coated steel and stainless steel. It features an ISO metric thread with a coarse pitch and adheres to the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC along with its amendments, emphasizing its compliance with environmental safety standards. Manufactured from robust materials, including S275JR EN 10025, AISI 304L, and AISI 316L, this U-Bolt ensures reliable mechanical performance with tensile strengths of at least 500 N/mm² and 700 N/mm², and yield strengths of 360 N/mm² and 450 N/mm², respectively. The surface finish offers durability through zinc coating compliant with ISO 2081, and a self-healing zinc/aluminium CRAPAL® coating, which provides significant corrosion resistance.
