The Glass Fused-to-Steel construction of these industrial bolted tanks is exceptional for the storage of potable water, wastewater, petroleum, chemicals and dry bulk in such applications as data center cooling tanks and reservoirs, power generation stations, standpipes, frac processing, sludge tanks, trickling filters, and high temp fermentation plants.

UIG Hot Rolled Titanium Rich Carbon Steel is specifically manufactured for the enameling process. This allows for exceptional physical performance and eliminates any fish-scale defect.

Furthermore, the superfine glass structure of the enameled layer provides the steel plates with excellent flexibility and durability.

UIG Glass Fused-to-Steel panels are fully encapsulated, both sides of panel and all four sides of the sheet edges.

• Cosmetic Ti02 Tank Finish: While Titanium Dioxide (Ti02) is a common pigment for white paint, don’t confuse it with high Titanium content Steel. We use Ti02 for its cosmetic finish, achieving a pristine white color without compromising structural integrity.
