SBM - Model HGM -Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
HGM Ultra fine Grinding Mill is the equipment specializing in producing fine and ultrafine powder of non-infammable, non-explosive and brite materials with Moh`s hardness under 6. Such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, ilite, pyrophylite and vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, rockphosphate, Kalium ore, pumice, fly ash, etc., totally more than 100 kinds of materials.

Application of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
HGM ultra fine grinding mill is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics, and so on.
Structure of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
HGM ultra fine grinding mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.
Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
When the ultra fine grinding mill is at work, the main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer, and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial through plunger.
The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.
Then the materials fall into multiple layers and to be crushed and ground continuously to micro powder.
The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector.
Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags.
At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve.
The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.
Adjusted output size:
325 mesh-2500 mesh(5-47 micron ).Output size is adjustable by adjusting running speed of classifier (1-70HZ ) .

One set HGM100L ultra fine powder grinding mill installation cover 92 square meter space, 9 meter height . Total production line need 2-3 workers, one for raw material feeding , one for operation and maintenance , the last one for final packing .

Total line machine is closed system ,the bag filters has passed CE&ISO certificate , our bag filter is pulse off-line type, which has many boxes working one by one , you can control the working time lag, when next one working , this worked one can have time to clean itself. By the way, we suggest clients install crushing line outside of factory , because crushing part surely have dust out .
Long lifecycle of wearing parts:
Our wearing parts made by wear-resisting alloy steel, which is designed by our technical department with Bao Group together. The normal wearing parts includes ring, roller, turn plate and shaft pin , normally for grinding calcium carbonate, 10 hours /day, 30days/month, they can work 18-24 months.
Advanced electric controlling system:
Total production line controlled by PLC (Siemens) brand with KTP touch screen ,which can make one key start and stop . So you no need worry about starting and stopping steps mistakes.
Also, once the hopper has no material for feeding main unit, then main unit will stop automaticly .
Once installation finished, you can store at least four setting data inside PLC soft , for example, you can set 325 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh and 2500 mesh , once you changing producing between these size , you can only set one key to transfer the producing size , which has made the operation steps very easy to accept .
High Efficiency
Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, the capacity of micro powder grinding mill is twice as much as jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill, and energy consumption decreased 30%.
Long lifecycle of spare parts
The ring and roller are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finish special size, the lifecycle of spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3 times longer than impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate. The lifecycle of spare parts is variable for the material`s hardness.
High safety and reliability
As no rlling bearings or screws in grinding cavity, there are no problems caused by bolts shedding or rapid wear of bearings and seal components.
High fineness, flexible adjustment
The final fineness of the grinding materials can be adjusted between 200 meshes and 2500 mesh (74-5 micron).

The application of pulse bag filter and muffler greatly alleviates dust pollution and noise.
