Greenchain Group - Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Systems
Ultrafiltration (UF) technology offers an effective solution for separating impurities through a membrane-based process, emphasizing practicality and functionality. By applying a pressure-driven mechanism, UF systems remove suspended solids and contaminants, like bacteria and viruses, while providing high recovery rates up to 95%. The membranes, with porosity around ±0.03 μm, ensure precise filtration, catering to water quality standards in various industries. Greenchain Group focuses on comprehensive process design and stringent quality control, ensuring reliability and efficiency. The modular design allows for easy scalability and compact installations, making it an ideal pre-treatment method for desalination or ultra-pure water production. Notably, UF systems offer energy efficiency due to reduced pressure requirements and operate without the need for additional chemicals, aligning with sustainable water treatment practices.
At Greenchain Group, we've designed our Ultrafiltration (UF) systems with a focus on practicality and functionality. Merging reliability, cost-effectiveness, and cutting-edge technology, our UF systems consistently yield water of exceptional quality, meeting even the most stringent industry standards. We place utmost importance on process design, holistic project evaluation, comprehensive documentation, and rigorous quality control, ensuring that each UF system we manufacture delivers. Rely on our expertise and unwavering dedication to excellence as we redefine your water treatment experience.

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane-based technology employed to separate or remove specific impurities from a fluid medium, such as water. The membrane's porosity (e.g. ±0.03 µm) dictates the size of the contaminants it can eliminate.
UF is typically employed to eliminate minute suspended solid contents, including macro organic substances like algae, silt, and pin-floc resulting from coagulation, as well as bacteria, viruses, and other impurities. It yields purified water on the permeate side while backwashing collected waste on the reject side. Via its mechanical separation through a pressure-driven membrane, UF maintains consistent water quality, even if inlet quality fluctuates.
