Matakt - Underfloor Extractor

To remove material jams , the specially developed MATAKT® 45 ° lance nozzles are mounted on the flat bottom around the fume cupboard . The pressure vessels belonging to the system are installed in the underfloor. The connection between nozzle and cannon is created by a 2 1/2 ″ pressure hose. A control cable is laid to control the valves and a 1/2 ″ compressed air line to the pressure vessels. The control unit addresses the firing valves of the pressure vessels either manually or automatically. After firing, the volume of air blown in loosens up the stuck material and lets it flow away, so that it can be removed again as required.
